Upon arrival at the destination university:

  • Contact the academic advisor and confirm the subjects, if there are any changes notify the FOOT RI responsible via email
  • Send the arrival certificate to the home university

Before Returning

  • Communicate the approximate date of arrival of the grades
  • Carry the stay certificate duly signed and stamped

Upon Return

  • Submit the stay certificate to the RI responsible and fill out the online completion survey

The validation plan follows the following guidelines:

  • Before signing the Learning Agreement with the destination university, it is necessary to formalize the Academic Agreement with the approval of the VRI and VPA. This agreement lists the subjects to be taken at the destination and the corresponding ones to be validated upon return.
  • International mobilities, in principle, will take place during the first semester of the third year. The destinations that best correspond to the subjects of the 1st quarter of the 3rd year are: Helsinki, Milan, Padua, Minho.
  • If the mobility is in the 2nd quarter of the 3rd year, the only possible destinations are Cardiff or Aston.
  • Mobility to do the Bachelor's Thesis is only possible in Minho and Aalen (knowledge of German is required).
  • In some cases, only the subjects taken at the destination may be validated as elective subjects.
  • If any changes are made to the Learning Agreement during the stay, these changes will be agreed upon by the VRI and VPA and reflected in a new Academic Agreement.
  • If the student does not pass any of the subjects at the destination, it will be necessary to reassess the validation plan (VRI, VPA).
