In these documents it is necessary to enter the data of the patients seen in the companies

1.-instructions

Vision Observatory Excels have a common structure described below:

- A tab called "Data" and another called "Criteria".
- The dispensing Excel is the only one different as it has tabs for monofocals, multifocals and assembly.
- The "criteria" tab is locked and no changes can be made. Students must work with the other tabs.
- The first columns of the excels are common: Case, age, sex and ethnicity
- In the case column, you must keep numbering, from no. 1, the different cases of patients. We do not record names or initials.
- In the age column, the age, in years, of the different patients must be indicated.
- The sex and ethnicity column has a drop-down where you must choose the appropriate option.

From here, each Excel has columns corresponding to its topic, and whenever possible, a drop-down menu has been added to homogenize the possible answers.

It is important that you see that refractions must always be indicated in the negative cylinder.

Once the stay at each center is over, you must upload the Excel to the ATENEA course.
