Admission Procedure
1. Application Request
- Check the Bachelor's Degree in Optics and Optometry Syllabus
- Send your application by email to: relacions.internacionals.foot@upc.edu
Required Documents
- Application form
- Learning agreement
- Copy of Passport / ID
- Academic Transcript
- Erasmus Credential
- ECTS credits enrolled at home university
IMPORTANT: Application Period (Autumn Semester) April 11th - May 15th
Arrival and Registration
Welcome Session: Reception by the International Relations team. The date is generally set before the first day of class and will be notified to all mobility students via email. Students must complete the following mandatory processes:
- Course registration at the FOOT Academic Office (Secretaria)
- Police Registration (mandatory for EU and non-EU students)
Before Returning Home
Collect your Certificate of Attendance at the Academic Office (Secretaria)
Your official Transcript of Records (ToR) will be sent directly to your home university.
