General conditions for the use of spaces

The use of spaces and facilities is subject to authorization by the FOOT.
If you require specific software to be installed on the computers, please consult the conditions here.
The established fees cannot be split into instalments and must be paid prior to the use of the facilities.
These prices do not include VAT and are valid for one year.
A half-day booking corresponds to 5 uninterrupted hours, and a full-day booking corresponds to 10 hours.
In addition to the above rates, which correspond to the temporary use of spaces, the applicant will be responsible for any additional expenses that may arise (security services, cleaning services, etc.).
In exceptional cases, the FOOT may authorize different rates depending on the specific nature of the activity or other circumstances.
No support services (IT services, concierge services, etc.) are provided outside the working hours established for each service, for example, during weekends. You can consult the schedules here.
In the event of damage, the responsible person/unit agrees to cover the costs of repair.
