- Manage infrastructures and equipment of UTGAOO and its units (FOOT, DOO, and CUV).
- Monitor the functioning of external services of UTGAOO and its units (FOOT, DOO, and CUV).
- Act as head of technical, administrative, and service staff of UTGAOO and its units (FOOT, DOO, and CUV).
- Prepare the annual report of UTGAOO and its units according to management guidelines (FOOT, DOO, and CUV).
