The academic management service of the FOOT is part of the administrative structure of the Center and is responsible for the academic-administrative management of students.
Its main mission is to provide users (faculty, students, etc.) with all corresponding administrative services for constant improvement in service.

It is the place where students should go for enrollment, academic inquiries, changes in records, scholarships and grants, title procedures, applications, certificates, etc.

Hours
The hours of operation are:

-     Monday to Friday from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm
-     Tuesday from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm (except from June 1st to September 30th when it will be closed)
*These hours may be affected by specific incidents that would be announced in the agenda.

SERVICE CLOSED:

-     Specific enrollment days (July and February).
-     Christmas, Easter, and holiday periods.
