The use of spaces and facilities is subject to authorization from FOOT.
If specific software is needed on the computers, check the conditions here.
The established rates cannot be divided and must be paid in advance of facility usage.
These prices do not include VAT and are valid annually.
Half-day occupancy corresponds to 6 uninterrupted hours and full-day to 12 hours.
In addition to the above rates, which represent a temporary assignment of spaces, the applicant will be responsible for any additional expenses that may arise (security services, cleaning, etc.).
In exceptional cases, FOOT may authorize different prices depending on the uniqueness of the activity type or other circumstances.
No support services (IT services, concierge, etc.) are provided outside the established working hours for each of these services, for example, on weekends. Hours can be checked here.
In case of damage, the responsible individual or unit agrees to cover the costs of repair.
