Located on floor 3, the Faculty has 2 spaces (3.02 and 3.3) for holding online classes.

Capacity for 1 person.

To formalize the reservation, it is necessary to send a request by email to recursos.serveis.utgaoo@upc.edu . For internal staff, through the reservation system available here.

General conditions for use of the spaces

The use of spaces and facilities is subject to authorization by the FOOT.
If specific software is required on the computers, consult the conditions here.
The established fees cannot be split and must be paid prior to the use of the facilities.
These prices do not include VAT and are valid for one year.
Half-day occupancy corresponds to 6 uninterrupted hours and full-day occupancy to 12 hours.
In addition to the above fees, which are equivalent to a temporary assignment of spaces, the applicant will be responsible for any additional expenses that may be generated (security services, cleaning, etc.).
In exceptional cases, the FOOT may authorize different prices depending on the uniqueness of the type of activity or other circumstances.
No support services (IT services, concierge services, etc.) are offered outside the established working hours for each of these services, for example, on weekends. The schedules can be consulted here.
In the event of damage, the responsible person or unit undertakes to cover the costs of its repair.
