Offers TFG/TFM


Offers can be consulted at:

Statement request period: in November and March

This access will only be open during the periods enabled for TFE registrations (November and March).

Students must access it and follow these steps:

1-  Request assignment of the proposal by the student.

2-  Assignment of the proposal to the student by the proposal's academic supervisor.

3-  Acceptance of the assignment by the student.

Once the work is assigned and accepted, with the status "Registered and accepted" in the e-Secretariat, the student can enroll in the TFG / TFM within the deadlines established in the academic calendar provided that their record meets the requirements for enrolling in end-of-studies projects.

Undergraduate students should note that the "Type" section defines the corresponding type of work:

  • Project -->: for 24 ECTS TFGs.
  • Study -->: for 18+6 TFGs.

Creation of offers and assignment to students

The procedure to follow for creating TFE offers is as follows:

 

  1. Introduction of the TFE title proposal by the FOOT-affiliated PDI.
  2. Validation of the TFE proposal by the head of studies.
  3. Publication of the proposal on the FOOT TFE Market website and visibility to students.
  4. Request for assignment of the proposal by the student.
  5. Assignment of the proposal to the student by the proposal's academic supervisor.
  6. Acceptance of the assignment by the student.
  7. Once the student's acceptance is confirmed, the supervisor must assign the offer if they do not want it to remain public.

Once the work is assigned and accepted, with the status "registered and accepted" in the e-Secretariat, the student can enroll in the TFG / TFM within the deadlines established in the academic calendar and provided that their record meets the requirements for enrolling in end-of-studies projects.

Basic Instructions


To create an offer, you must fill out the form (which contains mandatory fields marked with *). Special attention must be paid to the following sections:

  • Proposal typology: It must be defined whether it is:

Project ---> for 24 ECTS TFGs and 12 ECTS TFMs.

Study ---> for 18+6 TFGs

  • Publication date: must be defined
  • Expiration date: by default, it will display the date one year after the publication date, but it can be edited to choose the desired one.
